Younger Artists

This class should be a lot of fun and I can not wait to meet the rest of you. This week we started to get to know each other with some drawing games. Next week i am hoping to teach some watercolor techniques and start with some fun prompts dealing with weather or habitats since many of your children love animals! In weeks to come your children will understand different watercolor techniques and be able to use them to create unique paintings. We will also learn some basic drawing techniques and how they can continue to express themselves.

Please comment below answering the following questions!

-What are your expectations from this class?
-Is there any particular art making process that your child would like to do?
-How long do you want to participate in these classes?

  1. Great thank you! My expectations are that my son Andrew will learn some new techniques with drawing and painting. He loved the first class this week! I know he would love to learn drawing techniques for animals and people. But he loves all kinds of art including clay. I am guessing he would do this class through the end of the school year? Would love to hear if you might do any summer camps (my older boys 11 and 12 love art too, but have a conflict on Wednesdays, but maybe could participate in a class in the summer?). Thank you!
